I was going to make the appointment but much to my surprise I got a period, was over the moon lol but since then I have not had another one. I'm not on any birth control pills, I came off those last year in May time and my periods were fine up until the beginning of this year, I'm not under stress or anything!

Hi,
I suggest that you make that appointment. May I ask how old you are?
Has your doctor suggested that your menstrual irregularities might be the sign of perimenopause? Women start perimenopause at different ages. In your 40s, or even as early as your 30s, Since the menstrual cycle is regulated by hormone levels, you need to be checked to determine the cause. Please keep us posted.

Hello again, I'm 23 but I shall make an appointment and keep you updated. Thanks.
