Hi, I'm usually pretty irregular with my periods (usually anywhere from 24-38 days) but since school has ended it's been 28 days on the dot for the passed 3. My last period was from June 28th to July 3rd. I visited my boyfriend and had sex once a day from 7th to 12th, all protected. One of the times (i believe on the 7th) it looked like he had very little semen in the condom (i always check afterward to make sure the condom ripped). Is this weird to have very little for men? All of the other times he usually has a noticeable amount. I've been told that it's pretty easy to tell when a condom has torn but Ive never experienced it to know. I also noticed one time at the end that the condom had ridden down about two inches but it was not torn at all. He said that the type he bought had a very tight ring and it was sort of uncomfortable so It seemed strange to me that it would ride down a little bit. This was also a concern for me since this hasn't happened before and i don't know if it could let semen out.

Anyways, now i've been stressing the last week because i usually get sore breasts 1.5-2 weeks before my period, but because i haven't had it at all and it's a week till i'm supposed to get my period i'm not sure what to think.

I've also been working out quite a bit the passed 2 weeks and changing my diet substantially (to make it healthier). Could this be a cause too?

Any advice would be great. thank you!

A condom can "ride down" a man's penis if he does not remove the condom while his penis is erect, regardless of how tight the rim of the condom is. When a man's penis becomes flaccid, a previously-tight condom rim is no longer tight (and, is the reason it is important to remove the condom when the penis is still erect, as semen can spill out of the condom).

I am not sure why you are worried about pregnancy, as you said that your periods are irregular, except for the previous three periods. Today is only July 24th, and since your last period was June 28th, it has not been a full month since your last period. Please know that women's bodies and cycles fluctuate, and you can give yourself up to 35 days for your next period to begin. Same with premenstrual symptoms: sometimes you may have them, sometimes you may not. The changes can be caused by excess stress, change in diet or exercise routine, excess weight loss, recent illness or new medication...or any number of other factors.

If you are worried about pregnancy (you are using condoms, which are great!!), you can always take a home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy once you have officially missed your period.

Hope this helps.
