How are you feeling today? Are you having any dizziness, headaches, vision problems,loss of memory, nausea or vomiting?
Loss of consciousness is a concern. Please call your doctor and report this accident. Your physician may want to examine you or schedule a CT or MRI to see if there was any injury.

Im doing a little bit better i still have headaches but they come and go what should i do?

Please call your primary care physician and report this. I cannot stress the importance of being evaluated by your doctor. This is not a matter that can be diagnosed over the internet. I hope there has been no serious damage to your brain, but that can only be determined by a face to face examination and diagnostic imaging.
