Oral, symptoms and a one night stand

i unfortunately made the mistake of having a one night stand with a man, i'm female. i gave him oral and he ejaculated in my mouth, i swallowed. now i'm paranoid not knowing his status. i have developed a sore throat a week later and i'm panicking. any help please.

STD's can pass from the genitals to the throat.  Since you have a sore throat I suggest that you see a doctor to be tested for STD's.  This is the fastest and best way to diagnose the issue.
