our genitals touched eachother (just rubbing tips). he did not ejaculate. I was on the 8th day of periods. took a morning after pill within 10 hrs. what are my chances of pregnancy?

Welcome to EmpowHER.  You can not get pregnant from just touching genitals.  There has to be intercourse or if he ejaculates near the genital area, for the chances of pregnancy to occur.  A woman can only get pregnant on their ovulation days, which for most women is between day 11-21 of a cycle.  Counting from day one of your period.
