when having sex i get these sharp pains near my cervix, and sometimes it feels like my lower abdominal hurts with intense pain, i have recently went to get a pap and nothing bad showed up. i tend to get a yeast infection every month; at least i think its a yeast infection, pain during sex, cottage cheese appearance etc
anyway do you know what those pains could be?

April 22, 2011 - 12:06pmThank you for your question and for joining EmpowHER. Did you ask your doctor about these pains you are getting? The doctor may be able to provide some insight. You also may want to try different positions to see if you experience less pain.
