Hello, I'm 36 years old and a month ago started having stomach problems, nausea, dizziness, low night fevers..etc., I figured I had a stomach bug but at the same time began to feel pain under my armpit that spread to the breast area closest to the armpit. I asked my doctor about this pain, he said, he felt no lumps and that it was probably my lymph nodes bothering me as a result of the stomach bug and that it would go away soon. My dizziness got so bad I went to the ER one night and also complained to the ER doctor about the breast pain but he said he felt no lumps and told me not to worry about it. It's been a month, I am feeling a little better from my stomach although I still get dizzy after I eat and wake up nauseaus from time to time but the pain under my arm and breast is still there. I'm terrified, I saw another doctor and he's sending me for an ultrasound. What could be causing this pain for so long? One doctor said it could be my Lymph Nodes, the other said he wasn't sure, and the other one said it wasn't my lymph nodes! what can this be?

Hey there! I am 30 years old and have the exact same thing as you have described. I check my breast all the time for lumps and feel nothing! My pain started when I was 28, I get a weird sore feeling on the left side of my breast as well as soreness/discomfort under my left armpit. Everyone thinks I'm crazy but I'm terrified to go to the doctor. I know it doesn't seem like symptoms of breast cancer but that is my biggest fear! How much Vitamin E do you take on a daily basis?

Mine turned out to be pressure from a misaligned cervical disc, so I did gentle traction with a water-bag unit I bought on Amazon. My doctors would have never figured that out...

You should prob see a doctor. No its probably not life theeatening but is harmful for your way of life and should be dealt with. Trust me your not "crazy" been there. There are lots of nerve and auto immune diseases many doctors know little of and are hard to diagnos. Im almost a year and half and im finally getting nerve damage testing in october. My lynph nodes very sore mostly on left side but has been orher few times. Not sure what i will find out but hopeful i will get a real diagnosis. Right now my first doctor has me as ibs and fibromyalgia. I work full time and balance things best i can thru light excercise, try eat right for the ibs etc, reduce stress. Hope u find answers. It can be long road

Im sorry to hear your situation. I have been diagnosed with IBS and Fibromialgia. My fibro also gives me the same arm and armpit and into the breast pain. It is worse when I'm stressed out so first thing you need to do is stop thinking the worst for now. Diet has alot to do with the flare ups and pain. Not something you should ignore though and if possible in any way see a doctor. I had a mamogram and mine was fine, they couldn't figure anything else out and that was a year and a half ago almost now. I am still alive, I had the same crazy thoughts though in the beginning when the pain was worse, I'm managing better these days and hope you do too. My thoughts and prayers go out to you

I had severe pain under my armpits, mostly on the right side, but left, too. Two docs said it wasn't lymph nodes but it hurt like crazy and NSAIDs didn't work. Finally figured it out. Compression of my C6 and C7 vertebrae causing a pinchy-type nerve. Bought a over-the-door traction unit and feel 90% better! Thought I'd share in case someone else could benefit. A trip to the chiropractor may help.

Same for me. Horrible armpit pain going into my breast, down the arm into my hand even. On a whim I saw a chiropractor and it was all stemming from a disc in my neck that was pinching the nerve .
September 26, 2015 - 11:46amI went from enormous pain and worry to relief within about four sessions at the chiro and traction
It was caused by bad ergonomics hunched over a laptop ...

Who did you go to see to find out it was a vertebrae issue? I started having severe pain in my right underarm in Oct. I went to an ortho Dr and was diagnosed with distal clavicle detoriation. I had surgery in Dec and in march my pain came back in the exact same place. I have had physical therapy that has helped some but the pain is horrible. e i jusr had a mammogram came back fine.

I am so glad I read your post. I have the weirdest pain from under my right arm pit to my right breast AND have experienced neck, shoulder, back pain since Feb 2015. I have been picking up & carrying my grandbaby, not good for my pain.
