I had sex with my bf on 28th dec 2016. After that we did not had sex as we are in distance relationship. On 10th Jan i got my periods & again on 12th Feb i got my periods. Now my periods was due on 15th March. But i haven't yet. My periods got delayed. What is the reason ? Am i pregnant.? Plz reply asap as i m in panic. I m stressed....

No. I do not think pregnancy is the reason you have not gotten your period yet this month. You mention that you have not had intercourse since December, and that you have had two periods afterwards.

Stress can cause a delay. Changes in your weight and physical exercise can also cause a delay.

Try to relax and your period should start. If this matter continues to cause you concern, consider scheduling an appointment with your gynecologist to discuss possible causes.

Thank you maryann for prompt reply.. yes we had not done any intercourse / sex / any activity as we have not met from 29th dec 2016 as we are in distance relationship. I have started swimming learning from 8th March. & N also i m little foodie person may be i hve puton weight little bit.
