Hi I had a laproscopy done for my Endometriosis on Aug 18th 2010....after which I got my periods on sept 16th which was extremely heavy and painful for 5 days.
My next period after that was on the 13th oct which lasted only for 3days and less painful.....Today is the 20th November and I still have not got my periods....
I am extremely stressed out for so many personal reasons. Is this normal
Please advice at the earliest.
Also I am married for 3 years now but never had sex until now.

Hi Anonymous,
It is very common to have heavy periods after laproscopy. I found a great website from Endometriosis.org which details many of the Q & As you may have after the procedure is complete. Please click here for more information http://www.endometriosis.org/laparoscopy.html.

Let me know if this helps answer your questions.
Thanks, Missie
