Please I need a solution to my Black Butt Problem

Since when I was little, my butt gets darker everyday. Now it is so dark that I can't wear any short dress without leggings; any short trousers without tight. My mum keeps on telling me because I don't bathe with soap enough. My sister's butt is perfect even though she doesn't bathe as much as me. I am brown-skinned, but my butt is 3-4 shades darker than my skin colour.Please I need a solution. I am under 18 and do not have enough money to get really expensive treatment, so can be it be kind of natural way.
