Hello Anon

Thank for writing.

Meat consumption should be fairly low when a person has high cholesterol - the amount consumed may vary depending on how high cholesterol is and other health factors.

Pork, in moderation, can be eaten even if a person has high cholesterol if taken in moderation and lean cuts are eaten. Pork is not as healthy as fish or skinned chicken but is healthier than red meat.

Best,
Susan
