Q:

Possible vaginal tear is ruining me!

Last week, my fiance, a soldier, was able to give me a rare visit. It's been 8 months since I've last seen him. Needless to say he was a little overzealous about sex the first night he was here. I'm a very delicate and petite girl, and seeing as I have gone over half a year without any kind of intercourse with him being gone, I was in no shape to be ready for the kind of sex he was wanting to have. I've been sore 'down there' ever since, but things have progressively gotten worse. The first problem I noticed was that it was incredibly raw at the base of my opening, the redness extending all the way into my vagina as far as I can tell. I can't even think about touching it, it hurts so bad. It looks like the skin has been torn, there's sort of a groove at the bottom of my opening where the pain is at it's most intense. Going to the bathroom is hell. I try to hold it as long as I can to avoid sitting on the toilet at all costs. But the complications only start there. Last night I was awoken by a slight itching on my anus. Earlier that day, since my vag was completely out of commission and my fiance was impossible to keep away, I let him play with my ass with his fingers, but there was no penetration. It didn't seem too intense but here I was being woken up by a very itchy butthole---as gross as that sounds. While my fiance did not hurt me, anal play does stimulate my tummy and get it rumbling, and I had to use the bathroom a lot as a result, something I guess I should have thought about. (Much to the disdain and pain of this alleged 'vaginal tear', which screams at me every time I get on the toilet!) The top half of my anus is now red, swollen, sensitive to the touch, itchy, and painful. Sounds like a hemorrhoid, right? Something of which I have never had, so this is why I'm not sure. I went and picked up some Prep H today and it doesn't seem to be helping. Soaks in a warm bath alleviates the pain for awhile and as long as I can keep myself relaxed and not move around too much, I can bear with the discomfort, but things are continuing to get worse. This evening I noticed the lymph nodes in my groin were swollen and sore/ painful to the touch and that every part of my vagina (labia, inner and outer lips, mons pubis) and even down towards my anus has broken out in what looks like chicken pox! They're these swollen pustules, some with a bit of a white head on them. They're kind of sore and a little itchy but then again, everything down there is right now. I don't have any other swollen lymph nodes anywhere else though I am starting to feel achey and sore, like I'm coming down with something. I took my temp and it came in at 99 degrees F, a little higher than usual. I've taken two Ibuprofen just now and I'm going to attempt to get some sleep. Could I have gotten an infection from a possible vaginal tear and/or hemorrhoid? I'm starting to get pretty worried here. These red bumps are very unsightly and unsettling, as is everything else. I do not have health insurance so I try to avoid going to the doctor unless it's for emergencies, but I'm starting to become a little freaked out. Is my situation one that needs medical attention, or can I expect to see improvement and just wait this out with lots of rest, NSAIDs, and creams?

Additional info: My fiance and I have both (very recently) tested negative for herpes. Also, he, as a soldier, has to get checked for that stuff regularly and we know for a fact he has no STDs and he is the only man I have ever slept with. Intercourse of all kinds is at a full stop right now. I am also on a low-estrogen birth control pill.

I know this has been a very long post, but I am desperate for help.

I have a similar situation going on minus what sounds like warts. Every so often if my boyfriend and I have sex thats more ruff then usual I will get a slight tear which isn't anything thats new to me, the pain of it always goes away after a few days of not having sex with him. However this time is more painful then usual, by A LOT like to the point where I can't even sit down without being in horrible pain. It is very red down there it hurts like crazy and it is super itchy! And it has lasted almost a week and still as painful as when it happened! I keep feeling like I am getting discharge as well but every time I check I am not, just randomly will get super moist down there (sorry about the gross details) also last night I felt kind of feverish. Down there isn't getting any worse but its also not showing any signs of progressing and the outer lips by the hole also feel very bruised. Can a vaginal tear get infected? And if so is there something over the counter I can get? I don't think it sounds like an STD just good sex gone wrong lol but it is slightly concerning to me. How long should I give it for it to start getting better? HELP!!!!
