Why do I always have a fear of pregnancy? I had a tubal ligation 10 years ago after the birth of my son. My husband had a vasectomy 10 years ago also. I know it's highly unlikely but I always have the fear...

Some people have anxiety over certain factors, especially if they feel they have no control over something.

The past 10 years have shown you that there is no risk and that you have successfully avoided pregnancy but if your fears persist - and they are persisting - talking to someone about this anxiety can help.
