Last month i got my period on march 22nd , I usually have a 30-32 day cycle, on the 11th of this month my bf and I got a little carried away and we dry humped, he had no clothes on and i was in my underwear still, there was no ejaculation but there might have been some precum, yesterday the 22 i tried a home pregnancy test ( two because i heard you can get faulty results on some) it wasn't the first urination of the day but it was in the morning and they both came out negative, but my back and breast have been hurting for the last week and half and ive had discomfort where you usually feel cramps on your period. could i be pregnant? and if not why am I PMS-ing so bad because i never usually do

Your definately not pregnant.. the chances are slim to none. if even. i would say your breasts and back hurts because youve made your body think you were pregnant. beleive it or not it can work like that. you can even have a pregnancy test say your pregnant because of the hormones your building by wanting or just thinkin your pregant. dont worry & stop stressin girl!!

Hi Sofi

First I will say the odds of you becoming pregnant in this way are low. The sperm has to get into your vagina, and it doesn't sound like that happened.

You wrote a couple of months ago with a similar question. So your period has been a little off before, which is totally normal, but the point I want to make is rather than keep scaring yourself with this close encounters, perhaps you should consider using birth control. Then you won't be so worried about being pregnant all the time.

As far as the PMS symptoms, these can change. Your hormones change over the course of your life; stress affects them, diet, sleep, just about everything can affect your hormone levels and hormones are what give you those symptoms.

If you haven't yet, I suggest you see a health care provider for a pelvic exam to make sure everything is healthy, and a discussion of your goals and a frank discussion about sex and birth control. If you take control of your sex life, you won't keep ending up in a scare like this. Decide how you want your sex life to be, whether that is having sex, abstinence, only going to a certain point, whatever you feel okay with, and then talk to your health care provider so you are prepared.

Good luck to you.
