Pregnancy symptoms or just getting off the pill?

Lately I've been feeling something stirring or grinding around my uterus area. This would usually happen before I get my period, but this feels more active. I've been feeling nauseous with bad headaches at certain times of the day, and I've also notice stringy vaginal discharge when I pee. I took a pregnancy test, but it came out negative. I don't expect to get my period until after the 13th of this month. I used to take birth control pills, but I stopped around october 24th because apparently I missed a couple pills which lead to an early period during the first week. I have had unprotected sex since then. Could I be experiencing pregnancy symptoms or are these just effects from getting off the pill?

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer.
If you had sex between now and your last period, you will need to wait till your next period to know whether or not you are pregnant. If you miss your next period, take a pregnancy test. If you get your period, then obviously, you're not pregnant.
