Emergency contraception will not cause any harm, and it can lead to either an earlier or later period (by about a week). Let us know when your period begins!

It would have been helpful to have more detailed information, but based on "he did not insert his penis into my vagina" and "his penis touched my vagina but there was no erection", then there would be no chance of pregnancy.
If you meant to say that there was no ejaculation, then there would be almost no chance of pregnancy. The difference: when a man's penis becomes erect, there is fluid called "pre-ejaculatory fluid" on the tip of his penis that most experts say does not contain sperm. It is only in specific situations that it may contain sperm, and if you do not want to become pregnant...this is a good enough reason to be on the safe side and have the guy wear a condom BEFORE his penis touches your vagina.
