Problem in the bedroom

Hi im 22 and my boyfriend 30 of just over 8 months are having some problems in our sexual life. Everything else in our relationship is really good :) ...... his sex drive has been really low of late. The begining of our relationship the sex was amazing and frequent! Now its averaging 3 times a month ? We have had a good talk together about it and both let each other know what we like in the bedroom as i came to think he was not attracted to me. It was lowering my self esteem. He has said that is not the case. He is under alot of stress. His sex drive went after coming off his anxiety meds. So like ive said we have talked about it but its still not quite impoving the sexual life. We have done it a bit more but not much. Ive tried seduction, sexy outfits ect my main question is because im a very sexual girl i am willing to try anything and he knows it. Could that be a reason why he dont want it much as im always available ? Like the saying you want what you cant have ? Should i maybe stop being so willing to do anything ? Or even start saying no to sex like he does ? Like reverse the situation. Would that make him want it more as its more of a challenge? I am an attractive woman and he always tells me im beautiful and he loves me we still cuddle and do alot of other stuff together.

Hi babibubbles,

The anti-anxiety meds could have a lot to do with his lack of sexual behavior-- stress can also be the culprit. There are many factors that can be involved in a person's low libido-- whether it is a health factor or he is seeing someone else (I am not suggesting this is the case with your boyfriend). If you would like to read and share similar experiences with other women in your same situation-- join this group https://www.empowher.com/groups/less-sex-boyfriend

Hope this helps!

Yes thats what i came to think, stress and not on his meds it would be a hard time for him, tho he does know im here for all the support he needs ive helped him get through with out his meds and he is suprisingly doing really well with self control :) the cheating: im 100% sure thats not the case we have alot of trust in our relationship :) but for other cases it could be the problem. Thank you so much for your reply and help ill get on to looking at the group :)
