I'm not clear as to what "rache" means - do you mean ache?
At 29 weeks pregnant, you may be experiencing body pains that could be due to fatigue and the toll pregnancy can take on the body. Insomnia is also common in pregnancy, unfortunately.
But there may be some other reason why you are in so much pain - you need to talk to your OB/GYN about this and he/she can take a list of your symptoms and perform any tests needed.
