I don't want to settle down right now.....but i just want everyting normal as earlier!!!
Even i want to conc. on my career but want relationship to b normal.
He just tells me tht he wants his space as he cant understand whats goin on in his life... as he canot understand what is he saying and all he doesnt want to talk to me more often.
I met him yest and hes very shy in malls n al ....he wasnt comfortable but there was no other plce we cud go so i pprefered to stay there and all he was tellin me tht he wants 2 go home.

He wasnt into me yest at all.If i start thinking tht he has lost intrest then at 1st plce why did he come soo far to meet me ??
Im confused now :(

Hi Anukudoodle,
Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. I am sorry to hear that your relationship has hit a wall. Have you considered that he may have moved on and maybe doesn’t want to hurt your feelings? I know this seems harsh but the reality is often to common.

Have you ever heard, “Career killed the family?” I am a testament to this theory. I have worked my whole life to achieve the greatest goals someone could achieve such as working on a PhD and finding that great paying job. In the meantime, I lost out on having children and a husband since my drive was so intense to “Be all I could be”. If he is career minded and you want to settle down, this may cause a serious issue between the two of you and you may have to make a decision to leave.

Keep us posted and good luck.

Missie
