Today since morning, my nipples and breasts have been sore to touch.
The breasts hurt when being pressed down between the nipple and cleavage and slightly underneath. The pain is only in the right breast.
I am 28 years old, unmarried, normal periods.
So i'm wondering what this could be caused by. If anyone has any suggestions or opinions they would be much appreciated.
I use paded bras, sometimes i have to sleep along with them, is this could be the problem?

Hi Anon,
Is there any discharge accompanied with the tenderness? Does it seem to be relieved when you take the bra off?
