I have just been diagnosed with gastropresis, IBS and fatty liver. i don't know if I am in denial or what because I am not diabetic and I am not vomitting or losing weight. I am having difficulty in creating a diet plan that will work for all my problems.

Why do you want a 3rd opinion? What are the pros/cons?
Have both of your doctors diagnosed you with all three of these conditions? Are there any discrepancies between diagnoses? Do you have a good rapport with either/both doctor, and do you find them to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, supportive and helpful?
Can you tell us what symptoms you are experiencing, and what led to your diagnosis (tests, screenings, etc).
Your difficulty with creating a diet plan is very understandable! Have your doctors referred you to an R.D. (registered dietitian) who specializes in these medical conditions?
