I am obese and I have very huge breasts. But I keep getting heat boils on them. They do go away but sometimes leave scars like they do on any other part of the skin. Should I be worried of these heat boils. I wear a white shirt and padded bra all day with all buttons intact as that is a part of my attire I cannot wear loose clothing. My breasts are always very covered up with 1-2 layers of clothing. Should I be worried about these boils. I am very anxious. I am just 20. I am a hypochondriac. Can this be cancer? I'm very scarced. Pls help me my water intake is very low and I'm obese. Could that be the reason ?

HERWriter Guide

Hello Sa

Thank you for writing.

If you are obese you need to lose weight and this can help with your skin. If your breasts are as big as you describe then yes, skin issues can happen especially if they are never given time to air out and are restricted. Your water intake is low because you are simply not drinking enough so you do have some control over some of the factors you are discussing.
We can advise you to see a dermatologist about these boils. Since they are recurring you need a treatment plan for them. Skin boils may due to the reasons you have listed (especially being held in a restricted way all day, your weight may not even be a factor) and should not connect to cancer. You need to discuss your fears with your doctor and also ask about a diet plan for your general health.
Best,
Susan
