so i'm experiencing intense menstrual cramps today (it's my 1st day iguess) like in a menstruation. there's blood in it but i got disappointed that it's not heavierthan i expected compare to my prev periods and it's more of a brownish red and pinkish.

I haven't had intercourse but is there a chance that what I'm experiencing is spotting? I thought that the blood will be too much because of the really painful menstrual cramps and the color. Thank you!

I'm not sure what you mean by spotting? If you have not had intercourse you would not need to be concerned about implantation bleeding (if that is what you are referring to). Sometimes a period can have a heavier or lighter flow. It's not a cause for concern. It's just the first day also, so may just be getting started.
