Sudafed and Claritin with Birth Control?

Hello,

I'm currently taking tri-levlen 28 but have also recently started taking Sudafed and Claritin for some allergies I have been experiencing. I know for sure that I am to avoid St. Johns Wart and antibiotics while on the pill but was just making sure that these allergy medicines were okay to be taking and would not interfere with it.

Please someone advise!

Sudafed and Claritin are not usual a problem with birth control. I checked Drugs.com to be sure: http://www.drugs.com/mtm/tri-levlen.html.

If you have any doubts, never hesitate to call a pharmacist. They are the experts on drugs and interactions, and are usually happy to help via a phone call.
