Because I have tired so many and nothing seems to work for me. I don't have to be moving around either and continues to have underarm odor have run out of options.

Hi Kandykirma1 - While I'm not aware of any special deodorant for women having hot flashes, I do know that menopause can result in hyperhidrosis, which is excessive sweating that's often localized, especially in the armpit area. If you've tried deodorants and antiperspirants, and aren't having success, take a look at our Hyperhidrosis page, and let us know if this sounds like what you're experiencing.
