It's too difficult to say what thigh pain for two days could mean. You may have pulled something - a muscle/tendon etc. What kind of pain do you have? Sharp/dull? Does it come and go? If the pain continues this week, you may need to be seen by a health care professional. In the meantime, elevate your leg and ice/warm pack may help with the pain.
