Tingling in my head

I feel the tingly that goes throughout my head.. i suffer anxiety, could it be related or should i be concerned?

I don't want to be dependent on medications but it is something i should consult with my doctor?

Hi Kyra,

Thanks for your question. Anxiety can produce tingling sensations-- are you on medications to control it?

Here's a list of all physical symptoms from anxiety:
Physical symptoms may include:

Rapid or irregular heartbeat
Sweating, especially the palms
Dry mouth
Flushing or blushing
Muscle tension
Shortness of breath
Lightheadedness or faintness
Difficulty sleeping
Shaking
Choking sensation
Frequent urination
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
Constipation
Feeling of "butterflies" in the stomach
Sexual difficulties
Tingling sensations
Nail biting or other habitual behavior
