Twinges in lower abdomen. Pt. 2

So two weeks ago I started feeling twinges in my stomach, and I posted the following:

Hello, I haven't had penetrative sex, but rather fooled around with my boyfriend by rubbing our genitals together (sorry for the graphics). There was no ejaculation, but possible precum. I just ovulated today (I saw a lot of EWCM) but feel occasional twinges in my lower abdomen on both sides. I used Plan B two months ago, if that means anything. (Although I've never had penetrative sex.. but was afraid ejaculation on my leg accidentally was on my vulva when we were cleaning up...) What could those twinges mean? Everything I've searched swears that I'm pregnant, but is that really possible without penetrative sex and without ejaculation?

But my period should be due today and it isn't here yet. Should I wait a few days before testing? There has been some pressure in my lower left abdomen lately (but I think that could have been just gas), and clear cervical mucus that's pretty tacky coming out of my vagina. Is that normal?

Hi Dream High,

Thank you for your question. There is no way you can be pregnant from your explanation. Your period may be delayed due to your fear of pregnancy. For more information about dry humping myths, please click here

I hope this helps.
