urine in bits and pieces when passing urine

There could be several reasons for particles to be found in urine. I don't know your age or sex so I will give a general overview.

A UTI (urinary tract infection) could be causing this - UTIs are caused by bacteria that invade the urinary system and multiply. The infection can occur in any part of the urinary system, but usually starts in the urethra (a tube that carries the urine out of the body).

Bacterial vaginosis could cause this. Bacterial vaginosis is a mild infection of the vagina. Although it is usually treated easily, it may be a sign that you have other, more serious conditions. It can also lead to complications, including the following:

Pregnancy complications, such as low birth weight and premature delivery
Higher risk of pelvic inflammatory disease if the bacteria infect the uterus and fallopian tubes

Particles from vaginal secretions may enter the urine stream during urination.

It's also possible you have a sexually transmitted infection or a yeast infection.
