we used to have sex everyday now it's maybe 4x's a month is this normal?

My partner and I have been together for 4 years and we used to have sex Everyday.Recently we stopped we only have sex when I initiate ,we find new exciting things at least once a mnth and im the only one that watches porn.I know it's silly but im extremely hurt and I feel unattractive and also I never ever ever get touched. Not by choice it just happens what do I do

Welcome to EmpowHER. It's important to have open communication with your partner and let him know how you feel about the changes in your sexual life. Many things can be the cause for him not to have the desire. Such as stress, depression, medication and any new problem in his life can cause a person to not feel the same.
