Hi, I see a lot of information online and in magazines about how wearing the wrong bra size has been linked to several health risks. On the other hand, I hardly see any of these actual articles actually linking to scientific data or research to back up their arguments. While I do believe what they're saying, I was just curious as to whether or not anyone would know where this info was coming from (particularly the 80% of women who wear the wrong size?) and how I could find out more?
Thank you!

Hi Anonymous,
Please see the attached links for more information on how wearing the wrong bra size can affect your health:

I do not believe that there is enough evidence to prove that it can cause breast cancer but backaches, restricted breathing, and discomfort are certainly things that can be avoided if wearing the proper bra size. One of the articles lists ways to know if you are wearing the wrong bra size-- and the 80% is an estimate.
Hope this helps,
Rosa
