Hi!
(Fyi, I'm almost 19 and a virgin)
So, my period has always (I mean, not always but for most of my period-full years lol) been very light, usually a span of 3 days, maybe 4 at max with spottings etc.
Anyways, it's, like, a night of sportings prior to actually having my period, then 2 days of medium flow and a day or two of really light flow and spottings and that's it.
But sometimes, like this time, the third day is such light flow that it barely could be count as a period, you know? Practically a day off and then maybe another day of really light flow and that's it.
Also, I can't go to the doctors cause my parents won't allow it (super Christians, won't even discuss such things) but also I am not sure if I even need to...
Thanks, Emmanuelle.

Hello, Anon.
Thank you for your post.
As long as there is some flow, even a light period is still a period. You are an adult (nearly 19) and have a right to see a gynecologist with any health concern.
