What does it mean lesion? And what does it mean if you have one on your liver and it's growing?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Lesions are another way to describe a "mass" or a tumor on an organ. If it's growing, it means the mass is getting bigger. Some of these lesions are non cancerous and some are. A biopsy will need to be done to find out what's going on.
Best,
Susan
