Hello Ali and thanks for your question.
I've heard some say that MapMyRUN is a great app for runners because it tracks and logs your distance and pace and includes a built-in map. The app will also calculate calories and nutrition intake.
Another one is RunKeeper which keeps track of your stats, including pace, distance, time and heart rate, as you run. You can set goals and the app will notify you whenever you reach them.
Daily Log, or any of the journal type of apps, would be helpful in keeping track of how often you go to the gym as well as other aspects of your fitness routine and daily life.
I hope other members of the EmpowHER community will weigh in on this topic and share their personal experiences with different apps. It would help all of us!
