Typically, low protein cereals are best if you are advised to limit protein which can stress the kidneys. The same would be true of limiting milk or looking for milk alternatives. A dietitian can help you determine which milk alternative is right for your diet. Keep in mind, there is no one diet or specific food(s) that is right for everyone who has kidney disease.
