What is the best shaping underwear?

Hi Anon - I've used Spanx for many years, and have the footless panty hose, the high waist panty hose, and a camisole type garment. All work well and make clothing look better. Spanx products can be expensive, so you may want to know that the same company that makes them also makes a lower-priced version sold under the brand name of Assets. Have fun shopping! Pat

Spanx is very popular. They have the high power panty which covers your stomach for tummy control and then they also have something called the slim-cognito which is for maximum control. Another brand that I have seen a lot of lately is the Kymaro body shaper which is sold alone as top control or as two pieces, one top and one bottom control. As far as using one whole piece vs. two it really depends on your preference and you may have to try both before deciding what's best for you.
