Hello Natasha

Your doctor is correct, but I wonder why you don't seem to have faith in her. If you are not comfortable with a doctor, it is sometimes a good idea to find a new one. It is really important for you to be able to trust and work with your doctor.

Withdrawal is not a dependable form of birth control. You may want to talk to your doctor about another method if you are having trouble with the pill.

Missing pills changes the hormones in your body and that is what causes the spotting. The brown discharge is usually just more spotting, but it is brown because it is older blood that just took longer to come out.
