Hi, Anon.
Thank you for writing.
Eating a protein-packed snack may help. Protein acts as a blood sugar stabilizer and can slow the absorption rate of glucose. One of the symptoms of high blood sugar is increased hunger, so this can help satisfy the craving while helping lower the blood sugar at the same time.
Don't grab a snack that has a lot of sugar or you'll be defeating the purpose. Good sources of protein are a tablespoon of natural peanut butter an ounce of cheese or hard-boiled egg, etc.
