what could be signs of pregnancy after 4 weeks of pregnancy?

I had sex 4 weeks ago (february second) I had my period, a few days late but I noticed that when i have sex its late or even if i wear a tampon it like stops or slows down extremely. But the past few days when i pee and I wipe (sorry for being totally disgusting but this sitr has really helped me and Idk what else to do) my pee comes out kind of clear and almost slimey. Like its thick? And today I saw like a little white cloudy looking thing in my pee that kind of freaked me out and actually made me ask this question. Idk. And also I was half wondering about my breasts, they seem bigger for some reason but im also loosing weight cause I'm excircising and they seem bigger and squishier.... They dont hurt and my nipples or the skin around them haven't changed. I need mad help!

Hi Maria,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. The cloudy urine has me a little concerned. If this is not discharge, you should certainly consult your Gyno immediately. Are you having any painful burning while urinating? This could be a urinary tract infection although follow up with your physician should certainly be your number one priority.

Thank you. It's stopped the cloudy pee thing Lol. It didn't burn or anything though. And i don't have cramps or anything else :) I'm supposed to start my period in about a week in a half so it might just be discharge. I hooe so ag least. I gotta talk to my mom about it but idk how....
