What to do next after Mirena ?

have tryed many pills, inplants in the arm, qrt about 3 times over cthe years and one when i got the mirena in. got hormone level done gp said alright. the other you have asked no. got in last year in about june. the pill iam on is levlen ed. i have been heavy bleeding since i can remmeber from teenager. since having childern got worse. had not been on anything for a long time even no pills. had a felloba tube taken out because of octopek pregnancy in 1993 about things have gotten worse. always tied, mood swings, cramps, bloated, sore legs. changing pads about 10times a day when heavy for 3/4 days. clotting about in that time cups of clots about 2/4 cups that is. know since the mirena i have gotten bad cramps, bloating heavy legs, mood swings worse then ever. since the mirena spotting on and off. so when i went to gnyo at base hospital they sad all the things wrong are hormone not do with the mirena . so i went to gp the next day and told her what they had said so this is when she put me on the pill to try and see if it is hormone. since taken the pill from the 5th to know i havenot stopped bleeding and cramping. and mood swings. my gyno has been with me since i had the octopecitc out he did the op i have not been to him for a long time since last year with this heavy bleeding so iam going friday to see what he can help me. my iron was every low to so that is why they put in the mirena and was on iron tables. test came back good since the mirena.hubby said the mirena has made me worse and the sex drive is not so good only sometimes so bad about that. i go to counceller she has helped me with anything to do and not with the problem she said it has not nothering to do with me it might haveto do with mirena or hormones. will ask the gnyo about the ones you have asked to see if i can get tested.when i had the quret he said there was nothing on my ovaries. hope this has helped.
