hi i am 28 years old , i want to know if there is any house made thing that can help me to make my menstrual pain go away

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Here are some of the things you can do at home to help relieve menstrual cramps. Rest, sleep, and also regular exercise (especially walking) can help. Some women find that abdominal massage, yoga or orgasmic sexual activity may bring relief. A heating pad applied to the abdominal area may relieve the pain and congestion and decrease symptoms.A number of over the counter medications can help control the pain as well as actually prevent the menstrual cramps themselves.
