Hi Anonymous,
Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. As you know, the best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. All diet pills are a short cut and are risky. However, if you have a lot of weight to lose, I understand the idea of getting some "extra help." Especially if you have other health conditions, it's a good idea to talk with your doctor before starting any weight loss plan to make sure it doesn't conflict with any treatment you may be receiving, or compromise your health in any way. It is good to lose weight to improve your overall well-being. Here is an article about the topic, this and other articles in the area of weight loss and nutrition may help:

There also is a Group on EmpowHER devoted to Diet: https://www.empowher.com/groups/diet
Good luck and let us know how you're doing!
