New guidelines for what high blood pressure is have come out recently, at 130/80 mm Hg rather than 140/90. This doesn't mean you have troublesome high pressure, it just means that you need to look into your diet and exercise regime to see if there are changes you can make. This is a more preventative measure as we see more and more that prevention and early intervention is key.
