What should i do if my boyfriend says he is not attracted to me?

What should i do if the guy i truly love, isnt attracted to me? He said my weight is the problem. To get up and do something. I have been so depress and dont want to get out of the bed half the time. We used to have amazing sex all the time. Now its just when he is horney enough and his hand doesnt releave him. I am currently carrying his child. I just dont know what to do. I have thought about ending it. But then i think about how i love him. I just dont even know.
