what would constant right arm pain...i know if heart it's usually left arm

There are many reasons a person could have this kind of pain.

You may have carpal tunnel syndrome from repetitive use of tools, machinery or computer use. Sports like tennis (where arms are in constant use) can also cause this. Heart conditions cannot be ruled out.
