Hi Anonymous,

There are no health effects from masturbation but if you find that you are unable to stop touching yourself, this may be an addiction and therefore, you may need counceling.

Good luck,

Missie

Dear Anonymous,

This is not a result of masturbation. If you are having problems with your mind, eyes, and bones you will need to have a complete physical exam by your doctor.

Hope you're well,

Rosa
