Hi sandy89,

Depending on your age.  Many things can cause delay on your cycles. Like Pregnancy, Stress, Illness, Change in Medications,
Being Overweight, Being Underweight, Peri-Menopause.  It might be good to see an OBGYN.

Hi sandy89,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Have you taken a home pregnancy test.  That will help determine if you are pregnant.  Sometime, acne and delay your menstrual can be due to stress.  Sometimes we're so stressed out that our body decreases the amount of a hormone (GnRH), which causes us to not ovulate or menstruate.

I've included a link that might help

Thanks daisy,
No I haven't taken one yet. Giving it a little more time before I take one and I'm not stressed at all. Still confused about what's going on because I have been overly stressed before and still had my period on time. Does this also sound like a hormonal imbalance?
