I had sex on the 20th 21st and 23rd. I began ovulating on the 22nd. It is now the 29th and i still have some dull cramps esp on my left ovary and now lower back pain ( at times). I had mylast period on the 11th of april and my periods are regular. When can i test to see if i am pregnant, And what could all this cramping be???

Just for clarification, did you mean that your last menstrual cycle was on March 11th? If so, you would have to wait until you are late on your next cycle to test for pregnancy. Testing right now would be pointless since the HCG hormone (the pregnancy hormone) will not be detected in your urine yet.
As far as the cramping, it can be due to many things like constipation, stomach bug, gas, etc. If it continues or gets progressively worse, you may want to call/see your doctor about it.
