I take probiotics, oil of oregano, olive leaf, and other supplements to help with gut health. I don't eat bread, and less than 30g of carbs a day. Also, no dairy products other than the cream I put in my coffee. Nothing processed either. I just don't understand why my stomach is so much larger in the evening than in the morning. I figure a little bloating (for lack of a better word) is okay, but I feel like this is too much.
