Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

You need to seek medical care. You may have something called bile reflux. This is a condition seen in people with or without a gallbladder. It's more frequently seen in those without a gallbladder.

This condition is caused by fluids in the liver backing up into the stomach and sometimes the throat area. It can be very painful and includes many of your symptoms - nausea, throwing up bile, and abdominal pain as well as a general feeling of being ill.

Please seek medical help for your issue. We can't diagnose you as having bile reflux but it certainly fits your symptoms and medical history. I hope you feel better soon. Report the blood in your stool - this could also be due to your gastric distress.

Best,
Susan
